Every so often, a message lands in your inbox that reminds you why you do what you do.

This week, I received an email from someone who purchased a property we surveyed around five years ago. They said that our report not only helped them at the time, it also inspired them to start a career in surveying. 😲

They’re now halfway through their professional qualification and reached out to ask about mentorship and shadowing opportunities.

It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the time, care, and detail we put into our work can have a lasting impact beyond the project itself.

At Cre8 Chartered Surveyors & Building Consultancy, we’ve always believed that professionalism and integrity are what define good surveying, and it’s great to see that same enthusiasm in the next generation entering our profession.

We’re delighted to share that, following our previous appointment providing Planned Preventative Maintenance condition surveying services to Chorley Council, we’ve now been instructed to provide our project delivery services for the external restoration and decarbonisation works at Chorley Town Hall 😊
