A fresh new look for Almelo House!

Over the past few months, our teams have been working hard to deliver a major refurbishment programme at our Independent Living Scheme, Almelo House.

This investment has transformed communal areas throughout the scheme, creating brighter and more welcoming spaces.

Tenant involvement was at the heart of the project, with tenants helping to choose colours, wallpaper designs and flooring to create a space they can enjoy.

Have you registered your interest for The Big Get Together and Annual General Meeting 2026?

This is your chance to join us for our biggest tenant event of the year, where we come together to reflect on the past year, share key updates and look ahead. It is also an opportunity for you to have your say and be part of important decisions that shape the services you receive.

The event will take place on Saturday 12th September from 11am - 2pm at Harbour House.

🌿 This morning we are out around Andrew Court and Dodgson Place in Deepdale carrying out our next community improvement project. We are litter picking and planting alongside our partners Green Space Transformation, who are helping to cut back and improve the overgrown green areas.

We are inviting tenants to join us for our next Tenant Talk session on Wednesday 17th June where we will be discussing the different ways that we communicate with you.

The session will focus on our tenant newsletter Gateway News, our Annual Report and the other ways we share information with you.

The session will take place from 5pm to 7pm at our office at Harbour House. Free hot food will be served from 4:30pm, and we can arrange transport to and from the session for you if needed.
