Mr B Donnelly, Blackburn. Drop ceiling plaster finish with new spots and extractor fan, new upvc window with integrated blinds, dry lined walls with tile finish, Mira mixer shower with stone tray and easy clean screen, anthracite towel rail with chrome valves, white gloss furniture including tall wall hung storage unit complete with Polysafe vinyl. Great customers yet again.

Mrs A Rigbye, Bathroom 1, remove existing WC and basin pedestal, replace with WC and Bain combination unit, Grohe taps, all new water and waste pipes, new white gloss bath panel and Polyflor slip resistant vinyl.
Bathroom 2, remove boxed pipework and reset all water and waste/soil pipes, dry line all walls and clad with IDS sparkle cladding, re plaster all walls, install new bath complete with Grohe taps and Mira shower, install new pivot bath screen and clad bath in IDS sparkle cladding. Install Indigo fitted bathroom furniture with new taps and concealed Grohe cistern. Install new chrome square towel warmer with chrome valves, new inline extractor fan installed in loft to keep noise to a minimum, ply floor screed and fit Polyflor anti slip flooring, paint all plasterwork and ceilings. Great customers, makes it a pleasure to do work for people like this !!

Mr & Mrs McCrea leyland, full bathroom refurbishment. This was a tricky one due to a historical leak under the floor. All bathroom completely dry-lined and ceiling and walls skimmed. Installation of Merlyn cubicle, including tanking shower area. Mira Atom shower, complete with Metro tiles and soft grey grout. Floor screeded 3 times and finished with Polyflor anti slip vinyl. Wall boarded to dado height with moisture resistant tongue and groove board, painted with Ral paint to match vanity unit drawers. New electric heated towel rail. Lovely bathroom and customers 👍👍
