We’re getting very excited about next weeks event!

🔥 Meet the Panel – Trades vs Investors 🔥

On Tuesday 16th June, we'll be bringing together six experienced property professionals from very different backgrounds to help us explore what really makes projects succeed (or fail).

Representing our Trades Panel:

🪚 John Askew – A highly experienced joiner with over 30 years in the industry specialising in bespoke joinery and high-end finishes. John also brings a unique perspective as both a tradesperson and active property investor.

🏠 Matt Bracegirdle – Renovator, former hotel owner, Channel 4's 4 in a Bed winner and Airbnb Superhost. Matt understands what it takes to transform a property from building site to profitable, five-star accommodation.

🔨 Arron Dewhurst – Managing Director of ARN Projects, bringing extensive experience delivering residential, commercial and public sector construction projects, with expertise spanning everything from bricklaying and stonemasonry through to project delivery, budgets and team management.

Representing our Investors Panel:

📈 Darren Haliwood – Property investor, mentor and founder of Sourced Property Finder, specialising in deal sourcing, vendor lead generation and creative property strategies.

Let me ask you this..

What if networking wasn't about collecting business cards and was about discovering who you genuinely align with?

At our June PCN event, we're bringing together a panel of investors and tradespeople for a fun, interactive evening designed to uncover what really makes property projects succeed or fail.

Through a series of thought-provoking discussions, honest conversations and audience participation, we'll be exploring the realities of working together in property — the frustrations, the misunderstandings, the challenges and ultimately what creates successful long-term working relationships.

As the evening unfolds, you'll gain a real insight into how different people think, what they value and how they approach projects and that's where the real value lies.

With around 50 people typically attending our events, it's impossible to have meaningful conversations with everyone. This format gives you a unique opportunity to identify the people whose values, standards and approach align with your own before the networking even begins.

There'll also be a bit of friendly competition throughout the evening, with teams scoring points as they try to predict the panel's answers, and prizes up for grabs for our winning team.

As you know, we’re doing something a little different…
and we’re hosting a live panel-style discussion bringing together investors and tradespeople for an open, honest and interactive evening exploring the realities of working together in property.

The property industry relies heavily on relationships — yet so often investors and trades can end up frustrated, misunderstood or completely misaligned.

📣Hello everyone - Final Call for applications to be on the panel for our event on 16th June 📣
