We’re incredibly proud to congratulate our Service Engineer, Adam, on successfully completing his apprenticeship with a distinction, an outstanding achievement! A true reflection of his hard work, dedication, and professionalism.

Many of our customers will already know Adam, who joined the Heatsmart team in 2024 as a second year apprentice. Since then, he has shown exceptional commitment, working tirelessly to complete his portfolio while continually developing his skills and knowledge within the industry.

Adam officially qualified as a Service Engineer in October 2025 and has become a hugely valued member of our team. If you book a service with us, there’s a very good chance you’ll meet him. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and courteous manner make him a real asset to Heatsmart, and we are extremely pleased to have him representing our company.

We’re proud to announce that our Service Engineer, Bailey, has recently completed the Gas Fault Finding and Repair course with Worcester Bosch. This intensive four-day training programme has equipped him with advanced knowledge and practical skills to accurately diagnose and resolve a wide range of boiler faults.

With this certification, Bailey has now further improved his skills to support our customers with any heating or hot water issues. Whether it’s a minor fault or a complex repair, you can count on him for a reliable, professional service.
