The work started well before the listing went live. The pre-launch video was built around the buyer this home would suit and everything Southwater has to offer, and an ad campaign aimed at local buyers took it past 13,700 views. The property images had over 1,000 views before launch day, and virtual staging showed buyers how the rooms could look furnished.

Six viewings and two second viewings later, it was agreed.
