Some more fantastic feedback for our team 🌟
It’s always great to see 5 🌟 and happy guests but that’s not just what our feedback forms are for.
They help with continuous improvement and give us valuable feedback for maintenance and our owners.

The little notes our guests leave us mean we know the shower might be draining too slowly or the kitchen could do with some extra knives! All this gets fed back to our owners and we can then make sure everything is as our guests would expect.
