🌿 THE PERKS OF BEING A RURAL SURVEYOR 🌊

One of the best parts of being a rural surveyor is that no two days are the same. From farms and estates to land, buildings and everything in between, we get to see a huge variety of places across the country.

Last week, one of our surveyors headed down to Cornwall to carry out rent reviews – not a bad office for the day! 🌾📋

And with a glorious Cornish beach just a short walk away, lunchtime was well spent taking in the views and enjoying a stroll along the coast. ☀️🌊

It’s certainly one of the perks of the job – variety, fresh air and some pretty spectacular places to work!

🌱 Sustainable Farming Incentive – Fully Allocated Within Hours 🚜

The latest round of funding under the Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) was fully allocated within just six hours of opening, with farmers moving quickly to secure a share of more than £230 million of available funding. 💷

The speed at which the funding was taken up highlights the continued demand from farmers for support to invest in sustainable agricultural practices, particularly against a backdrop of increasing uncertainty around future agricultural support. 🌾

With further funding opportunities not expected until 2027, the rapid closure of the scheme demonstrates the importance of being prepared to act quickly when new funding becomes available. ⏱️
