As we welcome 2026, the Directors of Queenborough (Phase 1) Management Company would like to wish all residents, Love Property Management, and our contractors a very happy and healthy New Year.

We would also like to sincerely thank all residents for your continued support over the past year. Your engagement and patience have helped us make meaningful improvements across the development. A special thank you goes to our managing agent, Love Property Management, and to all our new contractors for their hard work, professionalism, and commitment.

2025 has been a year of real progress, including:

✔️ Cheaper bills achieved through a stronger, more carefully managed budget

✔️ Removing FirstPort and successfully appointing Love Property Management

✔️ Repairs now underway, with a larger, fully costed programme planned for 2026

✔️ New contractors delivering better performance at fairer prices

✔️ Reduced insurance premiums, helping to lower overall service charge costs

We look forward to building on this momentum in 2026, continuing to improve our estate, deliver value for money, and strengthen our community.

Good morning,

Everyone will shortly be receiving the budget proposal for next year and ways to pay. We have managed to reduce it slightly from the previous year.

We still have not received any payments from First Port, so money is very tight at the moment. We would kindly ask that payments along with any outstanding monies owed are made promptly to help us with cash flow.

The meeting went very well and we hope to confirm our budget with all residents in December.

We would like to thank our residents for their amazing patience, support and help since we took over in February. Things are bumpy, and may remain that way for a little while. However, we are utterly committed to making vast improvements alongside our new agent.
