Whilst we are immensely proud of everything we have achieved over the years, we have decided it is time to embark on new chapters in our careers. As such, our new respective roles will be focused on acquisitions and project management and we both look forward to sharing more details in the coming weeks.

Andell Property is growing and we are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Development and Investment Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience working for either a commercial / land agency or in a land acquisition role for a property developer.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the development and maintenance of client relationships, generating new instructions, identifying potential sales opportunities, assisting clients with both acquisitions and disposals and providing other services where applicable.

We offer a competitive salary and uncapped commission structure based on experience (£50K-£60K OTE) as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the business.
