This shows the importance of not touching electrics if you are not competent.
I am doing Portable appliance testing today and found this plug that somebody had badly wired leaving the live terminal exposed when in use. This could of easily electrocuted someone if they had grabbed the plug to pull it out. Also the loose terminals inside could have caused a fire 🔥

Quite a large loft conversion I have been helping to build I’ve been involved in every aspect from start to nearly finished. Steelwork , building the timber frame, roofing including a fibreglass flat roof and lead work helped plaster the whole room and will be spray painting this week.
