Purchase Ledger/Office Administrator. Looking to start in the new year.

To carry out purchase ledger duties and assist in administrative tasks. Approx 30 hrs per week.

The job holder will be required to assist with:

Processes
• Process purchase ledger invoices
• Resolving supplier queries
• Supplier payment runs
• Credit card statement reconciliations
• Dealing with tenant/occupier enquiries
• Maintaining files with confidentiality
• Ordering of office supplies
• Answer incoming calls and attend receptionist duties
• Admin tasks for our day ticket fishery – Seven Lakes Fishery
• Any other task that is requested from the senior staff.

We are looking for an experienced purchase ledger/office administrator who can hit the ground running. You will be IT literate, with the ability to prioritise your workload with the following attributes.

Team Player
Confident

with previous administration skills and answering the telephone.
