- Internal wall removed to to open the lounge up ✔️
- Loft room doorway was moved back 🚪
- Some ceilings plastered 🩹
- Freshly painted throughout 🖌
- New carpets and vinyl ✔️
- New bathroom suite and aqua panelling 🛁
- New kitchen 🍽
- New doors and door furniture 🚪
- Curtain poles and blinds installed throughout ✔️
- Rubbish cleared 🗑

This one was in quite a bad state but the team has worked hard and we think the property looks clean and fresh, ready for the new tenants 😍

Picked up the keys to the first of three refurbishment projects coming up 🔑

As our other projects come to an end we are looking forward to getting stuck in to the next ones and transforming them 🏚🔜🏡

This one will be completely ripped out with new doors, kitchen, bathrooms and toilet. Complete re-decoration and new flooring throughout 😍

There's also some rendering and damp issues that need resolving ❌️

🚨 Another of our ongoing projects....

- Full rip out top to bottom 🗑
- Wall in lounge removed, to open back up into one big space ✔️
- New kitchen has gone in 🍽
- New toilet and bathroom suite going in 🛁
- Multiple ceilings plastered 🩹
- Doorway access to loft has been pushed back and reinstated, to allow easier access to bedroom ✔️
- External brick shed, was taken down and removed ✔️
- Since this video was taken, the decorators have started 🖌

This job is pushing along nicely and will look amazing once completed! Stay tuned 👀

We are excited to get started on this latest one — a 4-bedroom end-of-terrace property with an additional loft room and plenty of potential.

This project comes with its challenges, including structural issues that need addressing, along with a full refurbishment throughout. The property also features multiple garden rooms and outhouses, adding even more scope to transform the space.

Working with a corporate client who’s keen to get this back on the market as soon as possible — so it’s all hands on deck to deliver efficiently without compromising on quality.
