The last month has been our busiest yet in terms of new Clients who want us to manage their properties for them.

Still a huge demand for rentals in and around Reading and many new developments completing and many landlords seeking our help for the management of apartments and houses.

Particular success in the Green Park Development of brand new houses and apartments in association with Berekley Homes. What a great team they have and the development is fantastic. I am sharing some photos of this lovely Urban living space.

This week we are welcoming tenants into their lovely new home in Wokingham, completing the handover of an apartment in Green Park and finishing off the contract on a house reading ready to go on the market very soon.

🏘️APM Weekly round up🏘️

🏡 A very positive week after the Bank Holiday weekend. An abundance of viewings this week and tenants found.

🏡 New lettings coming onto our books daily, and we are delighted to to be branching out into new areas such as Henley, Caversham, and Wokingham as we expand our Client base.

🏡Renovation work continues on a Victorian terrace in Reading West, re-decoration and trades in at a new bungalow in Wokingham as well as plenty of lettings enquiries in central Reading. Our newly renovated HMO should be ready for viewings at the beginning of June.

🏡So many new flats are being completed around the Reading Station area of town and the new Berkeley Home apartments are due to complete in Green Park, all requiring tenants.

🏡 Shinfield and Green Park continue to be a hot spot for rentals with investments bring made and people moving out of London. Green Park Station has also given a new access route into London. The new Shinfield Studios are an additional bonus on our doorstep with a huge requirement for rental properties.

🏡 Property enquiries continue to flood in, and we are amazed as to how much business is out there. People just cannot afford to buy so are turning to renting.

🏡Renting continues to be the best way forward for so many, we are delighted for our small family lettings business. 😁

As we approach the end of another busy week at APM. We conclude the letting of another property in central Reading in Garrard House opposite Reading Station. With a huge response to our viewings we are now in contract mode with new tenants, moving in at the end of May. One very happy Landlord, and very happy tenants which is what we aim for.

Rentals in the town centre are so popular and we are seeing a lot of investors buying in the area, securing properties for their business and their own Clients commuting to and from London.

We are delighted to be taking on some brand new apartments built by Berkeley Homes in Green Park for London Clients. The apartments are going to be fabulous and will complete ready for rental early June. Watch this space for letting information.

I remember the phrase 'if you want something done ask a busy person' Well I am that busy person! As APM goes from strength to strength, we are delighted at the response we are getting from Clients and just how much work is out there and how many people enjoy working with us.

Who would have thought with a lifetime of events and wedding planning behind me I would now be ensconced in the world of property lettings. Clearly this decision was the best one and it keeps me focused!

Thank you to everyone who has supported our first 15 months in business as APM Ltd and I look forward to hearing from you if you know any Landlords looking to let their property.

A good very day yesterday with house viewings in Western Road. A lovely Victorian terrace recently renovated by our team, perfect for a small family or individual. SO much interest it was great and once again we have found a lovely couple to move in, in the next week or so.

We are continually amazed at the present time, just how quickly viewings for properties are taken up and just how many people apply. We do everything on a first come first serve basis, if you snooze you loose in this game!

Keeping us on our toes this week with more viewings later in the week New properties coming onto the market as we speak.
