We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Earley office is run by Joe Gregory who is a licensed member of The National Association of Estate Agents. "Of the four agents interviewed for sale, Joe came across as the most sincere and honest. Open about the process and helpful in explanations. Competitive on commission. Joe also took the promo photos which honestly came out very well. Communication was great. The eventual buyers (as first timers) needed a lot of input, we felt Joe went above and beyond in this and handled the situation well. Joe could at times over explain and offer thoughts from best to worst case scenario’s…personally this wasn’t a problem for me but some might struggle more (but this is being picky). For a small office the process ran well and you do get the full attention of Joe compared to other agents where we felt it more uncertain."
