Green shoots of a potential new lean and green home!!!

We met with a potential new client today looking to unlock the potential in their home that has a great side plot to it. Next steps will be to see what's possible and agree an ethical way forward for all involved.

We are always on the lookout for side plots that are under-utilised like this one.

Local authorities are introducing dark skies policies to aid wildlife, promote sustainability and help them save money for other vital services.

This weekends phenomena (Northern Lights) across the UK was seen so much more vibrantly in those areas that don't suffer badly from light pollution.

Here at LGH HQ, we still saw a great show despite being near a large town.

Whilst we relax in the sun at LGH HQ we thought we would show you an old project that truly made the most of the wonders of the British Summertime and the unpredictability of it as well.

This summerhouse brings the sun in through seamless access but also keeps the rain out via the wonders of easy slide bi-fold doors!!!

We are always looking for land to develop and make into the most wonderful home and leisure spaces.
