Quite frankly, we would be very rich!
Even unfurnished properties have doors and woodwork, walls, floors, windows and fittings, electrical fittings and lights, appliances, outside spaces, not to mention very expensive kitchens and bathrooms!

Each of our Inventory reports lists each and every item of the above with date stamped photographs to provide evidence of the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy, along with a schedule of condition, health & safety statement, meter readings and catalogue of keys being provided, user manuals and any welcome packs.
