We're delighted to announce the appointment of Georgia Fearn as an Apprentice Surveyor in the commercial agency team. Georgia joins the firm after leaving a career of competitive water skiing with Team GB. She is starting a property degree at University College of Estate Management (UCEM) in September. Once graduated, she will work towards becoming a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor.

This follows on from Haslams recent merger with Sharps Commercial creating a need to expand the team.

Acquisition Completed! 57,000 sq ft at Building 820 Winnersh Triangle Business Park acquired on behalf of
The building has been let to film and TV studio operator Stage Fifty and will provide workshop space and offices.

have topped the EG's of the most lettings and occupational sales in having transacted 24 in Q4 2022. The EG Radius Rankings cover all occupier sales and lettings for the period. Haslams also took 4th place for number of transactions in Oxfordshire.

📣🎥🎬 Stage Fifty has submitted a full planning application for a permanent eight-stage film studio near High Wycombe. The application sets out the plans to turn the 26 acre site in to a class leasing studio for the world's top film and high-end TV programme-makers. The sustainable studio will support around 1,200 jobs with an estimated £305m economic output (GVA).

Buckinghamshire Council is expected to reach a decision in January 2023.
