Short Let Cottage The Coach House was built in 1864. We brought the property in June 2024 and renovated and renamed the property which was formally known as The Bothy.

Perfect for a weekend getaway to the stunning Berkshire countryside, this charming three-bedroom home is located on the outskirts of the village of Beech Hill and only 0.4 miles from Trunkwell House. The Coach House is located in the grounds of The Old Vicarage, which was built in 1864. We purchased the property in June 2024 and

renovated and renamed the property which was formally known as The Bothy. An idyllic two-story cottage with parking for up to two vehicles on site. Downstairs you will find a kitchen with all necessary appliances. A spacious living room featuring a dining table, two sofas, a desk, and a smart TV with a flat screen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, two single beds and a shower en suite, and a third single bed. There is also a large family bathroom upstairs. House Rules
1. No smoking or va**ng inside the house
2. No parties or events
3. No unregistered guests
4. Quiet Hours from 10:00pm to 7:00am
5. No illegal activities on the premises
6. Please take care of the property
