Explore our student accommodation transformation at One Penrhyn, Kingston, for Swiss Life Asset Managers UK.

We reimagined 3,000 sq ft of communal space to give students somewhere welcoming to study, socialise and feel at home.

Quieter study areas, a café-style teapoint and gaming spaces provide settings for different moments in the day. Movable furniture lets residents arrange the space around them, while community display boards make room for their artwork, memories and events.

🏆 We're delighted to be named a finalist for Workplace Design of the Year at the Thames Valley Property Awards 2026 for our project with Recordati.

The 6,500 sq ft workplace transformation at Breakspear Park was designed to unite teams following the acquisition of EUSA Pharma, celebrate Recordati's 100-year heritage, and create a destination that supports modern, flexible ways of working.

From a completely reimagined arrival experience to dedicated wellbeing spaces and collaborative environments, the project demonstrates how design can strengthen culture, support performance and create meaningful employee experiences.
