A vibrant, future-focused workplace that beautifully blends 100 years of heritage with a modern way of working.

Spanning 6,500 sq ft, the refurbishment celebrates Recordati’s centennial milestone through a dramatic new entrance experience, a collaborative heart that brings people together, and zoned workspaces that support focus, wellbeing, and connection.

Another successful collaboration with Techspace at St. Andrew Street, London!

This impressive 16,800 sq ft transformation was made possible through strategic space planning, bold design choices and close collaboration.

👉 The brief? Create a high‑quality flexible workspace, bring Techspace’s evolving identity into a challenging building, and deliver it all in just 16 weeks .

👉 The result? A vibrant ground‑floor café bar, restored architectural character, flexible work areas across all floors and a standout sixth‑floor with panoramic views.

We've transformed an empty industrial shell into a headquarters that breaks down barriers and unifies team. A workplace where workshop and office teams connect, collaborate, and thrive together.

We recently completed Cooper Parry's Manchester office transformation, but we didn't tell you... we're also transforming their new London headquarters at 5 Appold Street, Broadgate!

Creating a hospitality-led workspace inspired by the building's unique heritage as the 'flower pot building'.

We're weaving storytelling elements throughout the 18,000 sq ft space, including a stunning 'greenhouse' social area.

🤝 Dynamic collaboration zones
