We’ve recently completed a full property renovation, managing the project from start to finish.

Works included:
Plastering
Decorating

Puppy damage can linger long after your furry friend has said sorry! 🐶

This wall just needed a quick repair and it’s now ready for painting. The client wanted to do the painting themselves, so I applied a coat of Zinsser Guardz to seal the porous filler and leave the surface ready for their chosen top coat.

From brick to smooth plaster.
The original plaster had failed due to a roof leak. The old plaster was removed and left to dry after the roof was fixed.
Then sand a cement render, followed by gypsum top coat for a perfect finish.
Access was difficult due to being inside a cupboard, but the job was carefully completed!

Refresh complete for this client! Their kitchen diner needed some care after water damage to the ceiling, cracking around the edges and a radiator replacement. After repairing the damage and blocking any staining with Zinsser BIN, the whole room was painted. I use quality paints, including Johnstones Aqua Guard gloss on the skirting for long lasting durability.

Draughty windows don’t always mean they have to be replaced. The seals had perished on these double glazed windows and just needed replacing to keep the cold air out. A relatively quick and cost effective job, saving lots on heating bills and keeping the noise out!

Busy day rendering and skimming this wall. I don’t plaster every day, but find it satisfying (and sometimes stressful) when I do! I learn something every time I do it!

First week back after a needed break, focusing on the kitchen and bathroom. Final decorating in the bathroom, some boxing in of pipes and side panel to finish off!
