“I began my estate agency career in Liverpool, in a fast‑paced corporate role which sparked
my love for Victorian homes and character features. After relocating to Nottingham, I
embraced its neighbourhoods, slower rhythm and beautiful country parks. Ten years on, I’ve
found real common ground between both cities — strong communities, sporting history, creative industries and plenty of great days out to recommend.
Once settled in Nottingham, I expanded my agency experience into the new homes sector, working with developers on pricing, forecasting and buyer strategy. I loved the show‑home environment and helping clients choose interiors. New homes also allowed me to refine my marketing approach and strengthen my sales progression skills. More recently, I’ve focused on valuations, creating clear plans and pricing strategies to help clients achieve a smooth,
successful sale.”
