Pleased to announce we have planning permission for a further four rooms bringing the top floor rooms back into use. As well as the luxury ground floor clinic and hair salon, we will have 9 high quality rooms for visitors to our area.

Shout out to Paul at Pyramid for the drawings and planning app!

Soon get this knocked off to provide more top quality serviced accommodation in the area!

Latest update on the former winning post pub.

Not long now until all the works complete on the 5 bedroom ensuite rooms and ground floor kitchen. Then to welcome our new contractors who will be staying for months whilst working in the Redcar area 😊

The exterior of this property makes it look like a new build and the interior well you will be even more wowed when skin King post some photos.

UPDATE!!

Unfortunately for those that don't already know with lots of rumours flying about.
The winning Post won't be reopening as a Pub.

We endeavoured to find someone suitable enough and we did manage to find a couple but it just wasn't to be for one reason or another and the current market conditions also had a big influence on these decisions.

The GOOD news though that this once empty building that has stood empty for almost 6 years has been brought back to life. We will be welcoming the new tenant (to be revealed) very soon to the newly refurbished premises on the ground floor.

This company goes from strength to strength and were extremely keen to take the premises on a long term lease. We hope that it will be here for many years to come offering a fantastic service to the people of Redcar & Cleveland and visitors to the area.

We have also refurbished the middle floor making it into 5 high spec double ensuite rooms. These will be available in the New year and we have made the decision to use these rooms for contractors coming to the area to work and to give them that home from home feel.

Thanks to everyone who's followed the journey so far and for those that are interested we will post some photos once the work is complete to show you all the hard work that went into bringing this building back to life 😊.

Update on current refurbishment works.

All the bar ceiling steels installed ready for boarding out and the gents & ladies toilets have been rejigged to make access to the rear of the property/ beer garden. All coming along nicely 😊
