Surrounding yourself with the right people is one the best things you can do and I will never take that for granted. To be nominated alongside very inspiring and successful people is an honour and I appreciate everyone that attend the awards.

✨Friday saw me attend my 7th Michael & Sophie | Property Investment Academy | North West 1 Day event since I started coaching with them back in December!

✨I’m very grateful for the opportunity to help others on their journeys, but one of the things I’m most grateful for is that no matter how many events you attend, you always come away having learnt something new or being reminded of something you may have forgotten along the way.

✨This week, one of my biggest takeaways was the importance of planning your goals and breaking them down into smaller, manageable steps. Not only does this make it easier to track your progress, but it also helps you stay focused and accountable.
As soon as I got back on Friday, I was straight out to buy a whiteboard and got my goals straight onto it!

✨Being able to wake up every morning and clearly see what I need to do has already given my goals so much more structure and made it much easier to visualise the steps I need to take.

✨The value you get from being in the room, helping others and continuing to learn yourself is worth more than you might think!

I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone in my mastermind group. Watching the shift we have all made since January is truly inspiring and it’s very rare to come across a group of people who genuinely want each other to succeed!

By bringing our successes, challenges and takeaways to each other every month, it allows us to see a different perspective and reach our goals sooner.

It was amazing to be in the room again and seeing the shift in mindset and belief in themselves that they leave with.📈

I feel very grateful for everything Michael & Sophie and wouldn’t be where I am without them today. I appreciate all of the coaches that help out and everyone in the PIA. I am also very grateful that this was the first 3 day I got to do with my mum!🫶🫶

Sticking to your max bid is the NUMBER ONE RULE when it comes to purchasing properties at auction.

Don’t let your emotions take over as that when the deals don’t stack and the losses start coming. You want to make sure you’re not getting attached to potential deals as this is a business decision!
