Hope everyone has had a good weekend!!!

A few progress pictures of a wrap around single to double storey extension near Barnt Green we’re coming to the end of.

Kitchen and utility have been templated ready for the quartz worktops, second fix carpentry and a good tidy up and brick acid outside and onto the next one!!

Will update with more pictures in the coming weeks

A few pictures of a project recently finished in Lapworth, although only relatively small the roof design, with a combination of pitched and flat elements, made this a very interesting project and created a lovely space for the clients new art studio. While the existing utility was divided up to create a separate utility and toilet. Thanks to Ben Houghton for the work on the landscaping and Damand Installs for their electrical work, highly recommend both

Some pictures of a passivhaus we’ve built with Spatial Future Architects near Leamington. Just the specialist guttering to be made and installed and this beautiful new build will be complete. The clients moved in before Christmas and are really enjoying their new home slipper free thanks to the underfloor heating and bathrooms installed thanks to Avon Services Heating and Plumbing Ltd

A few more progression pictures of our new build project near Leamington, hoping to be wrapped up in a few weeks and will try to update with more pictures in the coming weeks. Photo’s show the green roof, the kitchen complete with granite worktop and splash back and some diaper work on the brickwork. The client has also picked some bold colours on certain feature walls.

Phase one of the new build bungalow near Leamington complete, now a wait for the Kingspan SIP system to be installed so we can start phase two with the help of Avon Services Heating and Plumbing Ltd and Spatial Future Architects. Exciting times ahead.....

A few pictures to show the progression on a new build project near Leamington Spa in conjunction with Spatial Future Architects. The project is running well and on schedule with 48 ton of concrete being pumped in with the help of MAX PUMP / concrete pumping, who we would highly recommend, and have since moved the footings on to be ready for drainage and block and beam.
