When I was instructed in July to sell this lovely home, it wasn't too long before we secured the buyer. My seller then secured their dream home in the south of the UK. Sadly, soon after agreeing the sale the bottom of the chain fell apart 😥. With all respect the agent secured a new buyer relatively quickly and despite some ups and downs along the way today we have EXCHANGED with completion set for next week 🥂
