Raven Ring Recovery

Raven Ring Recovery was contacted by customer in redditch who lost his wedding ring he had custom made . ring was lost while he was emptying the hot tub of ice and slipped off his finger .

I organised a time to come and help with recovery which was today. customer was in work and we arranged for his wife to be at the home at the arranged time which was 12pm.
While talking on the phone I was told the area to search and potentially nextdoors.

he told me he was in the dog house big time as it’s his wedding ring and was custom made as the gentleman has rather large hands and it took 6 weeks to make for him. Anyway I conducted my search in his back garden with no joy so thought we try next door garden and after few minutes I located it 👍🏻.

I handed it to his wife who was absolutely delighted and told her to not inform him it was found till later in night and to play it out that the recovery was not successful but to present it to him while he was having his tea 🤣.

another happy customers ring returned with so much sentimental value to him and fantastic to hear the big sigh of relief and finally out the doghouse 🤣.

This was my first call out few weeks back in Droitwich to locate a lost signet ring for my client who lost it while cleaning out the gutters . The ring was given to him when he was 16 years old by his parents .

After little search in the front garden I managed to put it back on his finger with great big smile and this made my day .
