We provide an Independent Building Consultancy service specialising in Building Pathology and Building Defect Diagnostics. We can carry out property surveys and provide comprehensive reports which are covered by our professional indemnity insurance. Our surveys include intrusive investigative video / photographic borescope surveys according to your requirements, requiring only a 6mm diameter drill

hole. We can provide thermographic imaging, using infrared thermal cameras (FLIR) to detect heat losses or cold spots, or more simple infrared temperature readings using calibrated equipment. We are also able to provide damp surveys, and as independent surveyors we are able to do so without any bias to particular solutions or systems, unlike preservation company’s we will not try to sell you a solution but will provide an evidence based assessment of the causes and potential remedies. Our Director Simon is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and has over 17 years of experience in the Construction Industry having been involved in a number of large scale commercial, educational, law & order projects up to the value of £30,000,000, and also has a vast experience of domestic construction, building regulations and development control or planning.
