Good construction isn’t only about what happens on the tools. It’s also about communication, transparency and keeping everyone involved in the project fully informed.
Following our latest site meeting, the client and wider professional team joined Hystar Group Managing Director for a full walkaround of the development. Unfortunately our site manager was on holiday!
With the roof structure now really taking shape, it was a great opportunity to get out of the site office and see the progress first hand, discussing the work completed, the current monthly valuation, what’s happening across the different areas of the build and, importantly, what comes next.
It also gives everyone the opportunity to raise questions on site, look at the details together and make sure the whole team remains aligned as the project moves forward.
And, of course, with the Vicar joining us too, there was plenty to discuss as this exciting development continues to take shape alongside the church.
For us, these meetings are an important part of delivering a project properly: open communication, clear progress and no surprises.
