Behind every well run construction site is strong leadership, organisation and communication and Simon plays a key role in making that happen on a daily basis.

From coordinating subcontractors and managing site operations, to liaising closely with clients and ensuring works progress safely and efficiently, experienced site management is essential to keeping projects running smoothly and to the highest standards.

Another strong week of progress on site at Hystar Group. πŸ‘·β€β™‚οΈπŸ—οΈ

Great to see this project moving forward at pace, with significant progress made across the development. The team has been working efficiently to complete the substructure works, with drainage now installed and brickwork/blockwork progressing rapidly throughout the site.

With the excellent organisation, coordination and hard work from everyone involved, we are now preparing for the next major milestone, installation of the ground floor beams.

These stages are where planning, expertise and teamwork really come together, and it’s fantastic to see the development taking shape so quickly.

A big thank you to all the teams on site for their continued effort and high standards. Looking forward to sharing the next update as progress continues.

Specialist equipment. Careful planning. Precision ex*****on.

A fantastic stage completed on one of our high end refurbishment and extension projects as a specialist spider crane and vacuum glass lifting system were used to carefully manoeuvre and install this large glazed unit into the new rear extension.

With restricted access and oversized glazing, installations like this require far more than manpower alone. Detailed planning, expert coordination and specialist lifting equipment all play a vital role in delivering these key moments safely and accurately.

Watching a glazed panel of this scale lifted and positioned with millimetre precision is always impressive and another important step in bringing this transformation to life.

Progress continues at our Holy Trinity community development project as foundation footings are excavated and poured, creating the groundwork for the next stage of construction.

Every successful development starts below ground level, and this stage is where planning, precision and expertise come together. From accurate setting out through to excavation and foundation pours, it’s great to see the organisation and professionalism across site as progress continues at pace.

A huge credit to our groundworks team Powell Plant Contractors for their hard work, coordination and attention to detail in keeping the project moving efficiently and to the highest standards.
