We are delighted to win yet another award for Orchard Farm. Orchard Farm was the winner of the Outstanding Architectural Merit Award at the 2024 Surrey Property Awards.

The statement below was prepared by the judge:

Development of Outstanding Architectural Merit


'This category included some very strong entries, which made it incredibly difficult to select the winner. Most nominations excelled in architectural design, layout, setting in generous plot sizes, primary windows, orientation and external amenity quality. However, the winning development scored additional points on external façades and internal joinery material selection, which remained true to its design intent. The project also demonstrated that with practical and commercial solutions, sustainability and biodiversity net gain could be successfully integrated into the design process.'

Pleased to confirm planning has been granted at our site in Charlwood.

A unanimous vote was given at Mole Valley Planning Committee last night, including compliments from members on design.

Big thank you to Spencer Copping and the team at WS in Reigate, pleasure working with you all.

Virtue are looking forward to bringing these new homes to the market in the near future and continue our award winning success and high quality homes.
