After nearly 2 years of design and pre application meetings working with Croydon Council, a full planning application has now finally been submitted for what we hope is our next exciting scheme of 16 apartments in Purley. Fingers crossed for a successful outcome and the opportunity to deliver these much needed homes. Over 40% of the scheme is going to be offered as affordable housing for local people.

We are pleased to report our recent success in gaining a full planning consent for the above landmark scheme in Purely for 66 units.

We are now actively looking for the next subject to planning site to get our teeth into! We are ideally looking for sites either upto 9 units or over 20 in Surrey, South London, Sussex and Kent areas.

Oakwood Heights in Monahan Avenue is coming on in leaps and bounds! We have the roof tiled and fitted with PV panels, windows installed, nearly all plastered inside and doors are already starting to be hung. The flats are really starting to look good and we can’t wait to launch this in the New Year.

As part of the continued growth and expansion of a successful property development company, a vacancy has become available in a small but highly motivated team of property developers. The employer is a well-established business who specialises in boutique residential and mixed use developments.

The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for the company and will be required to undertake all PA duties for the Directors and overall management of the office.

A summary of core duties is detailed below:

Greeting clients as first point of contact for the business
Deal with incoming post and distribute as necessary
Telephone call handling and emailing on behalf of team
Taking meetings minutes
Managing group diaries and booking events
Booking travel and accommodation
Managing and restocking office stationary / refreshments
Deal with Health & Safety requirements within the workplace
Updating company social media accounts and drafting news/blog articles for established company website
Assisting with new development launches, networking events and marketing activities
Assist with the production of building / owner’s manuals in co-ordination with the team
Assist with aftercare queries and booking trades
Support land, sales, commercial and construction team in all aspects of administration activities
Back up on Sales viewings
Creation of construction or commercialfiling systems to include site start up packs and copying, logging subcontractorders
Develop and prepare statisticalreports on the status of contracts
Assist commercial department withmaterial buying where necessary
Assisting the accounts department onan adhoc basis
Training will be provided for sector specific knowledge, but essential to have excellent administrative experience and attention to detail.

Salary will be based on full time or part time hours and dependent on relevant experience.
