Grove Lane Site Update – Iconix Homes Prashant Setia Hardev Pannu Neeraj Tripathi Sumit Taneja

We’re pleased to share continued progress at our Grove Lane development following our last update.
The team has maintained strong momentum on site, with key milestones now achieved:
✅ Groundworks completed
✅ Blockwork and brickwork progressed to first floor level
📅 What’s next:
Steel beams and ceiling joists are scheduled for installation this week, alongside scaffolding works to support the next phase.
🏗️ The project is moving forward at pace, bringing us closer to the next major structural milestone.
A big thank you to our team and partners for their ongoing hard work and commitment — great to see everything coming together.

Grove Lane Site Update – Iconix Homes

We’re pleased to share further progress at our Grove Lane development following our last update.
Despite earlier weather challenges, the team has made excellent progress on site:
✅ Groundworks completed
✅ Ground levelling finalised
✅ Reinforced foundations completed
✅ DPC level achieved
📅 What’s next:
Concrete slab works commencing Monday
Brickwork starting from Wednesday, 25th March
🏗️ We are targeting completion of the shell within the next 10–12 weeks, marking a significant milestone for the project.
Great to see the site moving forward at pace — a big thank you to the team and partners involved for their continued effort and commitment.
More updates to follow as we progress to the next stage.

Grove Lane Site Update – Iconix Homes Prashant Setia

Happy New Year to all! 🎉 We hope everyone had a wonderful festive period.

Following a brief slowdown over the holidays and some challenging cold, rainy weather, we’re pleased to share that works at our Grove Lane site are now progressing well.

✅ Demolition completed
✅ Site clearance and sorting completed
✅ Site markings completed
🚧 Foundation digging has now started

We are on track to have the foundations completed by the end of this month. Thank you for your continued support and patience as we move into this exciting stage of the build.

🚧 Project Update – Brick Kiln Lane, Bushey Development

We’re pleased to share excellent progress on our Brick Kiln Lane, Bushey project.

✅ Piling works have now been successfully completed
✅ Groundworks are well underway
✅ Over 300 grab loads of excavation completed to date

We are now preparing for the next major milestone:
🔜 Basement reinforced concrete (RC) works scheduled to begin next week

A big thank you to our team and contractors for their hard work in keeping the project moving efficiently and safely. More updates to follow as we continue to push ahead with the next phase of development.

When we first began our real estate development journey, our vision was simple:
to create high-quality, functional homes that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

We’re proud to share that one of our early projects was recently featured on BBC Homes Under the Hammer with Tommy Walsh. It was a fantastic experience meeting Tommy, discussing DIY, build-quality, and the broader vision behind our developments.

Today, we marked a special milestone for Iconix Homes with the completion of a traditional Pooja ceremony to bless the start of our exciting new development of six luxury homes in Bushey, Hertfordshire.

The Pooja symbolises positivity, good fortune, and a prosperous journey ahead — values that resonate deeply as we begin construction on this landmark project.

We are proud to combine thoughtful design, quality development, and cultural tradition as we lay the foundation for what will become a beautiful new community of family homes.
