Conceived in 2001, the property portfolio, (which then only consisted of just 2 properties) has grown from strength to strength due in most part to great people supporting the business in so many ways. From builders, maintenance and cleaning staff to suppliers, all involved have made the company what it is today. Rachel Bailey joined my team in 2013, and, as Operations Manager she is responsible f

or organising and performing the day to day tasks of running of the property folder. We offer high quality comfortable properties within a competitive price structure coupled with a prompt personal service which is second to none. We provide a home from home with as little to worry about for you as possible. No agents are involved and therefore there are no extra or hidden ongoing charges. Rest assured that the moving experience will be as stress free as possible. Your homes will comply with all current regulations and be regularly checked for gas and electricity safety along with fire precautions. I am an accredited landlord with Cardiff Council, Landlord Accreditation Wales and Rent Smart Wales. Your deposits will be covered by an approved company according to the current legislation. We have an agreements set up with local business' to cover the properties if there are any problems with boilers, gas, electricity, plumbing or drains.
