Asbestos roof tiles, the moss was a clue, see next doors property on the final picture has no moss - those tiles are slate.

Potential none asbestos cladding here to this carport but a damaged area revealed what I believe to be asbestos insulation board behind it… always get it tested/surveyed..

Here we have a AIB backed gas meter cupboard & a meter reading at some point has been scratched into it - not ideal really!!

Big old Ideal standard boiler here with an asbestos cement flue pipe & asbestos paper insulation, oh and a aib ceiling above as well
