Some blown plaster waiting to fall down led to re plastering the bathroom ceiling, new door fitted to an outside utility room and 4 rooms painted with two coats of matt emulsion to freshen up some wear and tear. 🛠️🪜👷🏻‍♂️

Another refurbishment completed. Work consisted of a clearance from a tenant leaving, full redecoration throughout, general repairs to keep up with maintenance, new kitchen ( which by spending a little time sourcing discounts managed to bring in at 50% of a well known retailer quote ), new carpets, all completed in time for the new tenant to move in. A big thank to Ben on his graft on this one too.
