We popped back to one of our completed projects in High Halstow this week and couldn’t resist capturing it in its natural state- filled with furniture, flooded with sunlight, and being enjoyed by the family who trusted us to build it.

Seeing a project come to life long after completion is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Super proud of the team and the standard of work delivered on this one. 👏

Something slightly different to our usual projects- a compact but highly functional front porch extension recently completed in Cliffe by Team PreAgree.

Designed to create a welcoming entrance space while also incorporating a new downstairs WC, adding both practicality and value to the property.

From groundwork to final finishes, all works were completed by our in-house team 📈

Stage 1 of our Rainham Project completed earlier this year. Double storey side + single storey rear extension, involving complex groundworks, major structural steel, retaining walls, and outbuilding groundwork.

All aspects of the project delivered by our in-house team👷‍♂️ 🪏 🔨 .

Built through winter, working around the festive period, and still hitting our 14-week programme 📈 🏠

What was once an outdated, unusable conservatory is now a modern, stylish kitchen-diner built for real family living — with a hidden en-suite + utility tucked behind (not shown in the video 🤫).

From groundworks and structure right through to finishes and kitchen install, this one was delivered start-to-finish by Team PreAgree 💪.

We might have been a little quiet on socials this year… but that’s only because we’ve been mega busy on site, making sure four homeowners have their dream extension projects ready for Christmas 2025. 🎄🏡.

Really pleased to share some footage of our High Halstow double-storey side wrap-around extension — an incredible transformation from start to finish. We’re excited to show you the stunning internal finishes very soon.

This project took around 16 weeks to complete, and it’s amazing to see the difference it has made to the home.

We’ll be sharing details and images of all our other completed projects over the coming weeks — and we have some fantastic builds lined up for 2025!
