We’re excited to be getting started on another major home transformation 🏠 📈

This project will see us carrying out a substantial extension and renovation to this character property in Meopham.

The CGI images give a great idea of where we’re heading, now it’s time to turn the plans into reality. 🔨

We’ll be documenting the project from start to finish, so keep an eye on our page for progress updates over the coming months.

Just a real home, built by Team PreAgree

We popped back to one of our completed projects in High Halstow this week and couldn’t resist capturing it in its natural state- filled with furniture, flooded with sunlight, and being enjoyed by the family who trusted us to build it.

Seeing a project come to life long after completion is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Super proud of the team and the standard of work delivered on this one. 👏

Something slightly different to our usual projects- a compact but highly functional front porch extension recently completed in Cliffe by Team PreAgree.

Designed to create a welcoming entrance space while also incorporating a new downstairs WC, adding both practicality and value to the property.

Stage 1 of our Rainham Project completed earlier this year. Double storey side + single storey rear extension, involving complex groundworks, major structural steel, retaining walls, and outbuilding groundwork.

All aspects of the project delivered by our in-house team👷‍♂️ 🪏 🔨 .

Built through winter, working around the festive period, and still hitting our 14-week programme 📈 🏠
