Wow! What a busy couple of months we have had here at FSPM. As well as continuing to provide our clients with a first rate management service and securing a number of new management instructions we have been busy taking on additional office space, looking at new property management systems to further enhance the services we offer (more to follow on this soon!) and, this week, launched our new website! Please take a look at www.fspm.co.uk. There are further enhancements planned, however we are already very pleased with its new, modern look and feel. Please let us know what you think.

In conjunction with the website, we have also redesigned our company logo and branding, again opting for a more modern and clean look as we enter into a new decade!

Whilst it's perhaps a little late for making New Year's resolutions we have decided to throw conformity out the window and make one now! We have been far too lax at updating our page and that quite frankly isn't good enough. Our aim is to post far more regularly on all things property related as well as updates on what we here at FSPM are doing. If you like what we say we would ask you to please comment, like and share. If you don't like it then please tell us why, we welcome feedback of any sort. Watch this space!

Lots have happened since this page was last updated. A product of being busy has been failing to find time to promote ourselves! We now have quite a few landmark local developments under management including Eden Point in Leigh where we have been involved since before the construction phase. Almost a year ago, we won the instruction to look after the estate services on the prestigious Shoebury Garrison development, which was (and is!) a real feather in our cap! We continue to act as consultants to a multi-award winning firm of leasehold agents and offer compliance and commercial property advice to them and their clients. FSPM are delighted to announce their appointment by one of the Uk’s leading high street banks in the management of a leasehold development on the South Coast. The bank took the decision to apply to the Court for a vesting order giving them control of the freehold. FSPM were recommended to the bank because of their experience in dealing with property in similar and somewhat unusual circumstances.

We are delighted to announce that Michael Stiers has joined FSPM as a consultant!

Michael is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and one of the founding Fellows of the Institute of Residential Property Management. A former council member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents, Michael retired from active service with that body having served the maximum 6 year term permitted under its constitution. He brings with him over 50 years’ experience in all aspects of property management along with 3 longstanding clients, who we are also delighted to welcome to the FSPM stable.

Congratulations to Robert Fowler of Fowler & Spenceley Property Management who has been elected as a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is now entitled to call himself a Chartered Surveyor and to use the designatory letters MRICS. This is the culmination of many years' hard work and is a fantastic achievement. Attaining RICS status is the recognised mark of property professionalism worldwide and this demonstrates the company's commitment to pursuing the highest standards and ethics in its chosen fields.
