With new rules pushing landlords away from blanket โ€œno petsโ€ policies,
we could start seeing something newโ€ฆ

Because while landlords wonโ€™t be able to simply say no pets anymore,
they can still assess suitability.
Which means:
โœ” Behaviour
โœ” Size
โœ” Breed
โœ” The property itself
All still matter.
So itโ€™s not quite a free pass for every tenant with a dogโ€ฆ
itโ€™s just a more considered approach.
