🛠️ Let’s talk refurbs & Tenants 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

I have been been viewing investment properties now for over 3 years and still get shocked when i view a property and the person showing me around says they wouldn't do anything and it can be rented straight out. I'm there working out what we would do as I wouldn't dream of letting it out in the state its in!😱

Here is another recent investment purchase with one of our JV partners.

A 3 bed terrace in the heart of Barnsley purchased for £85,000 with a rental price of £850PCM.

As you can see we have a project to get stuck into, artex walls and ceiling, damp/mould and even a hand painted 🐝 to say we were excited to get stuck in is an understatement!

We can now sell your property at Auction!!

This is a property we bought through a partnership we have with Olapa auction company!

This property was bought for £95,000 we have some new tenants moving in with a rental rate of £750PCM.

This was a really quick turn around from purchase to completion ✔️ Our main focus was the back garden so keep your eye out for our before & after pictures of the decking area 🏡

2025 was the year of refurbs @ FAVELL PROPERTIES 🏘️

This is the 5th house we have bought with our JV partner since we set up the company in late 2024.

Our JV partner has recommended us to 2 of their friends and we have now set up JV companies with them.

The purchase price on this one was £85,000 , We are currently looking for more houses like this in West and South Yorkshire!!
