How Can You Make the Impact of
Decluttering & Organising Last?

➰ Every space needs a clear function and a label
➰ When every item needs a ‘home’ to be easily found from and returned to
➰ There needs to be enough space left for additional items to be added without everything being too crowded and chaotic.

👗 Does your wardrobe need an overhaul? 👔

These simple steps will work every time:

1. ASSESS how the space is being used now.
What works?
What doesn’t?
How can it be improved to make your life easier every day?

2. EDIT every item.
Instead of thinking, “How much did it cost? Did I feel good and look good in it?
Are there fond memories attached…?”
instead think,
“Is this how I want to look and feel in my future? Would I miss it if it was gone?
Does this belong to who I was, or who I’m becoming?”

3. DESIGNATE:
Sort out your categories before you start. I suggest -
➿ Recycling
➿ Bin (for damaged, over-worn or badly stained)
➿ Charity ( will collect from your house - just book an ideal day! 🙌🏼)
➿ Sell - if you have the space to store, the patience to upload and communicate and the time to post… 🤔
➿ Pass on: We all love a hand-me-down. Just make sure you’re not filling a loved-one’s home with your clutter to make life easier for you! 😝😂

4. ORGANISE -
Every item categorised and stored in the most effective manner, whether folded or hung.
Think ‘worn most often = closest to the door handles /
colour code lightest to darkest /
group, ie strips together, workwear in one section and so on.
