An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Cleaner/Housekeeper to join an expanding business that works across numerous sectors including Property, Social Care, and Training.

You will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the Head Office building along with visits to other business premises as required, predominantly based in Rotherham and Sheffield.

You will also ensure that meeting rooms are appropriately set up as needed on a daily basis and that the hospitality needs of Senior Managers within the business are met including arranging lunches and refreshments.

Working hours: Full time, 40 hrs/week

👍The role:
To take responsibility for the cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, offices & communal areas.
To take responsibility for the high standards of cleaning when properties become vacant.
To report damaged furnishings as seen.
To liaise with the Board Room diary ensuring that the room is set up appropriately for all meetings, including water and refreshments when needed.
Check stock levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
To work autonomously and manage your time effectively
We require:
A minimum of 2 year's experience
Ability to manage time effectively
Knowledge of COSHH
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
MUST have full clean driving license and own car (Business insurance)
Availability to work 8:00 -17:30

Job Purpose & Overview
Reporting to the Management Accountant & Financial Controller, the role of Finance Assistant involves supporting the day-to-day transactional functions of the accounts department.

Main duties will include:
·Assisting with group procurement including raising purchase orders, making orders, managing email boxes, checking paperwork is complete & liaising with site staff to ensure the process runs smoothly
·Daily bank reconciliations for the group
·Raising month-end sales invoices
·Being responsible for the purchase ledger & credit card function, including processing matching orders to invoices, processing purchase invoices, raising payments, resolving queries & supplier statement reconciliations
·Assisting the Management Accountant in the preparation of the monthly management accounts, including preparing working papers (for prepayments, accruals, fixed assets etc) & reconciling inter-company accounts & turnover
·Helping to collate timesheets & using these to prepare invoices & group recharges
·Complete various reporting documents on a weekly & monthly basis
·Support the development & review of policies & procedures
·Where necessary support other finance functions to help cover annual leave
·Comply with company policies & procedures & adhere to safe working practices.
·Reflect the high standards of the company & ensure all aspects of work are dealt with in a professional way

We are looking for an electrician with a 'can do' attitude and enthusiasm for the job. You will possess a sound knowledge of domestic property components and materials with an awareness of other building trades, and the skill set to deliver a range of multi-skilled activities whilst observing applicable building regulations and health & safety requirements.
Your role will involve installation, responsive maintenance and inspection & testing, therefore demonstrable experience of these activities is essential.
You will also have a flexible approach to work which may include working outside of normal business hours to provide emergency repairs to our customers.

- Fault finding on both conventional and addressable fire alarms
- To observe statutory and other relevant requirements at all times in particular those relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH regulations and Electrical IEE regulations
- Work as part of a multi-skilled team providing an efficient estates service.
The electrician may need to carry out the work of other trades where there is an interface to the work in hand with a level of competence that's outside core trade. This may include things like Plumbing, Carpentry or Painting & Decorating.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an electrical engineering or building services-related discipline
- 18th edition wiring regulation BS 7671
- Inspection & Testing 2394 + 2395 (2391 + 2392 also considered)
- You will have a full UK driving license
- General understanding of BS 5839 (Fire regs) and BS 5266 (Emergency lighting)
- Having basic multi-trade 'other' skills would also be desirable.
