Running a property management business isnt just about taking on new properties - Its also about making sure the ones i already have are rented and run smoothly day to day.

The past few weeks have been hectic to say the least but we get there day in day out, giving 100% service to landlords and tenants alike.

Move ins now completed include:-

Renishaw Avenue, Moorgate

Wath Road, Mexborough

Pitt Street, Kimberworth

Grosvenor House, Parkgate

Browning Drive, Herringthorpe.

Take on inspections completed at Middle Avenue, Rawmarsh and multiple inspections completed at Rockingham House, Wath.

On top of these the new properties at maltby are now live and the works in the empty properties are nearing completion, which means these properties can soon become homes.

And to top it off there's the potential of yet more properties to manage at Carlingford Road, Broom and Josephine Road, Rotherham.

Its a reminder that property management is about more than just collecting keys, its about keeping the right balance between growth and maintenance.

Not only have I secured over 25 new properties this month… it doesn’t stop there!

I have just taken on the management of a 3-bed semi in Rawmarsh, 4 newly converted flats in Maltby, and a 5-bed HMO in Maltby.

It really shows how powerful word of mouth can be – grateful for the trust and referrals that keep coming my way. 🙌

Not only exciting times ahead but very busy ones too 😊

Its definitely been a whirlwind lately and i apologise for going quiet online. The truth is, I've been fully focused on maintaining the high level of service my landlords and tenants have come to expect - and yes its kept me very busy.

There's been plenty happening behind the scenes. The 24 anticipated properties in Wath are now here. Both Renishaw Avenue, Moorgate and Wath Road, Mexborough have interested parties.

Hague Avenue, Rawmarsh had numerous applicants, but the successful party is fully referenced and moved in. Pitt Street, Kimberworth is now live and so is Browning Road, Herringthorpe, which is yet another new instruction.

There's even more on the horizon with a two bedroom flat on Wellgate, a 3 bedroom flat on Westgate and also a 2 bedroom Flat at Grosvenor House parkgate.... all coming available soon.

Its been non stop, but exciting and I am looking forward to sharing more updates as things progress - sometimes the best reason for not posting is because your making things happen 😊

Its certainly been a month of growth and reflection 🏠

Laurel Avenue - Now fully let and new tenants moved in

I welcomed a new landlady - Renishaw Avenue, Rotherham. Who found me via my google reviews and after a brief office chat transferred the management of her property to me

Pitt Street Kimberworth, another property secured via a referral from one of my current landlords.

And next week a meeting which could result in 24 new properties being brought into the fold 🤞 .

Its proof that reputation, relationships and trust really do drive momentum.
