Fyne Homes Fyne Homes Ltd is a Charitable Registered Social Landlord. Fyne Homes provide housing across Bute, Cowal, Kintyre and Mid Argyll.

We operate in many rural and isolated areas where our tenants have come to rely on the good quality and efficient services we provide. However although we obviously strive to deliver top quality services at all times, we aim to do this with heart and compassion. For some of our te

nants, we may be the only point of contact they have on a regular basis. We therefore hold certain values very dear and these are what our tenants and others have come to expect from their dealings with Fyne Homes:

Equality – we believe that every customer, member of staff and Committee member is entitled to be treated with openness, integrity and respect and that discrimination and disadvantage should be eliminated in all aspects of our service delivery management and employment practices. Caring – we aim to engage with our tenants to ensure that we understand what is important to them as families and individuals. We will then use this information to tailor our services appropriately to ensure that they always get our best attention. Transparency – we will openly account for and regularly publish details in relation to our financial position and performance outturns, whether good or bad, so that our customers can track our performance. Accessibility – we aim to make our services available to customers in ways that best suit their needs including taking our services to their doors. Reliability – we will take ownership of the issues that are important to our customers and follow them through to their conclusion, responding to every request timeously and carrying out services as efficiently and cost effectively as possible

Innovative – we will look at new, better way to do things and won’t shirk from being “first” if we truly believe this will benefit our customers

Tenants Information Service (TIS), working with the Scottish Government, is carrying out research to understand how tenant participation is working across Scotland and how it’s changing.

If you rent from a council, housing association, or housing co‑operative, or receive services from one (such as factoring or support services), they would love to hear from you.

🌟 A Very Special Visit Yesterday! 🌟
Yesterday we were delighted to welcome our friends from Appletree Nursery to our Bute office. 🍎🌳 The children from the Rights Committee wasted no time putting Janet and John from our Technical Services Team through their paces, asking some very well‑thought‑out questions about our Ballochgoy housing development! 🏠
The visit didn’t stop there — the children then headed over to the site to see the progress being made on the new homes, where even more brilliant questions followed. Safe to say Janet and John were kept on their toes! 💬👷
Everyone at Fyne Homes thoroughly enjoyed the visit and was incredibly impressed by the children’s curiosity and confidence. They were a real credit to Appletree Nursery, and we can’t wait to welcome them back as the build continues. 👏😊
