Fyne Homes Fyne Homes Ltd is a Charitable Registered Social Landlord. Fyne Homes provide housing across Bute, Cowal, Kintyre and Mid Argyll.

We operate in many rural and isolated areas where our tenants have come to rely on the good quality and efficient services we provide. However although we obviously strive to deliver top quality services at all times, we aim to do this with heart and compassion. For some of our te

nants, we may be the only point of contact they have on a regular basis. We therefore hold certain values very dear and these are what our tenants and others have come to expect from their dealings with Fyne Homes:

Caring – we aim to engage with our tenants to ensure that we understand what is important to them as families and individuals. We will then use this information to tailor our services appropriately to ensure that they always get our best attention. Transparency – we will openly account for and regularly publish details in relation to our financial position and performance outturns, whether good or bad, so that our customers can track our performance. Accessibility – we aim to make our services available to customers in ways that best suit their needs including taking our services to their doors. Reliability – we will take ownership of the issues that are important to our customers and follow them through to their conclusion, responding to every request timeously and carrying out services as efficiently and cost effectively as possible

Innovative – we will look at new, better way to do things and won’t shirk from being “first” if we truly believe this will benefit our customers

⭐We were delighted to welcome Rothesay Primary P3 pupils to our building site for a visit as part of their “Community Connections” topic.⭐

It was brilliant to see how engaged and curious they were as they explored the new homes and learned about what goes into building for the local community. They asked some fantastic questions too, covering everything from the environment to how homes support families. 👏🏻

At Fyne Homes, we’re really proud of the work we do, so it was great to share a bit of our work in action with the pupils and bring their learning to life. 🏠🎓

A big thank you to the school for coming along and for giving us the opportunity to be part of this valuable learning experience. We hope everyone enjoyed the visit as much as we did! 😊💫

Tenants Information Service (TIS), working with the Scottish Government, is carrying out research to understand how tenant participation is working across Scotland and how it’s changing.

If you rent from a council, housing association, or housing co‑operative, or receive services from one (such as factoring or support services), they would love to hear from you.
