However although we obviously strive to deliver top quality services at all times, we aim to do this with heart and compassion. For some of our te
nants, we may be the only point of contact they have on a regular basis. We therefore hold certain values very dear and these are what our tenants and others have come to expect from their dealings with Fyne Homes:

Caring – we aim to engage with our tenants to ensure that we understand what is important to them as families and individuals. We will then use this information to tailor our services appropriately to ensure that they always get our best attention. Transparency – we will openly account for and regularly publish details in relation to our financial position and performance outturns, whether good or bad, so that our customers can track our performance. Accessibility – we aim to make our services available to customers in ways that best suit their needs including taking our services to their doors. Reliability – we will take ownership of the issues that are important to our customers and follow them through to their conclusion, responding to every request timeously and carrying out services as efficiently and cost effectively as possible
Innovative – we will look at new, better way to do things and won’t shirk from being “first” if we truly believe this will benefit our customers
