A Class Property Services is looking for a young, reliable and motivated person who wants to build a proper career in the trades.
This would be ideal for someone who has recently left college, finished a trade course, or has some basic hands-on experience and wants to develop their skills further.
You’ll start with simpler maintenance jobs such as tap replacements, minor repairs, basic plumbing, carpentry and general property maintenance, then progress onto bigger works as your confidence and ability grow.
We cover a wide range of trades including:
✅ Plumbing
✅ Carpentry
✅ Kitchens
✅ Bathrooms
✅ Decorating
✅ Plastering
✅ General property maintenance
✅ Full refurbishments
We can help train you across different areas, so you don’t need to be fully qualified in everything.
We’re mainly looking for someone who is:
✅ Reliable
✅ Trustworthy
✅ Hard-working
✅ Eager to learn
✅ Comfortable working independently as they progress
✅ Able to drive
✅ Has their own basic tools
