Just over a year ago I was wondering if I’d done the right thing.

Today, I got an email saying I’d capped at eXp. I’ve reached my annual commission milestone just three months into my year.

I read it twice, did a little omg…then I thought, hang on… this is an amazing achievement.

Going independent was exciting, but it was a big step too. I quickly realised the part of the job I now get to enjoy is the months we spend together, you tell me about the new babies, the bereavements, the separations and the fresh starts behind the move. I get to be there for some of the biggest moments in your lives and I’m so grateful I now have the time to be there for you.

So yes, I’m proud of the milestone. But mostly I’m grateful that you chose me to be part of yours.

And if your house is still on the market with me in this not so easy market…don’t worry I won’t give up until it’s sold!

I promised you a quick update on last week’s activity and it was certainly a busy one!

A little life and work update… 🤍

I’ve been a little quieter on social media this week, as there have been some family health worries taking up quite a lot of my headspace.

But whatever life throws at you, it keeps moving-and so do you. While I may not have been showing up quite as much on here, I’ve still been working away as usual: carrying out viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales, speaking to buyers and sellers, and preparing some lovely new homes to come to the market.

One of the realities of running your own business is that there isn’t really an “off” switch. You learn to keep going, even when life feels a little heavier than usual.
