🔧 Can anyone recommend a heating engineer in Rugby who likes a challenge?

We’re helping a customer whose relative has sadly passed away. They’re looking to sell the property, but before it goes onto the market we’d really like to get the existing heating working for them. 🏡

It’s an older Johnson & Starley Hi Spec M31 warm air heating system.

We’re looking for someone who knows these systems, or an experienced engineer willing to properly investigate it and see if it can be brought back to life, rather than simply recommending replacement because of its age.

Personally, if it can be repaired, made safe and reliable, I think it’s well worth keeping. 👍

🏡 There is nothing better than seeing both sides of the journey come together.

Today wasn’t about paperwork, keys, or completion dates. It was about taking the time to celebrate two families starting exciting new chapters.

We spent the afternoon visiting our buyers in their new home, catching up with them and their family, sharing a few gifts, and seeing how they were settling in.

We also visited our sellers in their beautiful new home with flowers, a card, treats for the children, and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate everything they have achieved.

Moments like these remind us why we love what we do.

The proposals are designed to reduce delays, failed sales and some of the uncertainty that many buyers and sellers experience during a move.

The Government is looking at introducing more upfront information when a property is listed, including key details about the property, leasehold costs, chain position and other important information that buyers often don’t discover until much later in the process.

The aim is simple:
