Most commercial agents are not the problem.

The system is.

Too much of what agents generate disappears into layers of management, overhead, branch costs, and inefficient structures that add very little value to the client experience.

Meanwhile, agents are tied to desks, buried in admin, chasing internal approvals, or being forced through unnecessary processes instead of focusing on the work that actually matters.

I’ve seen firsthand how frustrating it becomes when simple conversations turn into endless internal handoffs and clients end up being passed around instead of properly supported.

That’s not productive agency.

And it’s definitely not how strong commercial relationships are built.

When agents take control of their own work, communication, and deals, everything changes:

Client relationships improve
Speed improves
Motivation improves
Results improve

The industry is changing.
