We are all family orientated and aware of how many diseases can take way our loved ones too soon in life
This young man is in his prime, and found out in his first year of university he had lukeamia, he had treatment but has found out this month it is back and only weeks/months to live without further treatment in America. Dylan’s family have had some publicity for him through local TV and radio

Sleeping in a graveyard might sound a bit spooky….👻👻👻
..but that is precisely what one of our lovely event hosts Corinne of the The Olde Peculiar & another Hive regular Ruth from Hunnypot Cottage Bakery will be doing this Friday! And all for an amazing cause! 🎃

On Friday night when many of us will be going out to a Halloween party or maybe just tucked up in the warmth of our homes, these two brave ladies and their team will be "sleeping rough so others dont have to." 🙏

They will be spending the night outside in a graveyard to raise much needed funds for YMCA Burton upon Trent & District. Please support them if you can, every penny counts. 🥶 💤

"Homelessness can happen to any one of us. It has no boundaries and lives & circumstances can change very quickly. No one wakes up & decides to be homeless, there are many reasons & life changing moments that can lead to sleeping rough on the street or sofa surfing night after night. We help people to change lives through a breadth of vital services. We provide homeless outreach, rough sleeper provision, emergency bed space, accommodation, family mediation, counselling, community foodbank, lunch club, support & engagement, complex needs support and have a number of furniture stores providing low cost quality furniture and new white goods. Thanks for supporting us & helping to raise much needed income. The impact of COVID-19 has been felt by everyone. Lives have changed, demand for our services has increased and our income has been significantly affected. We could not continue to do what we do without the help of others. Your help is never more needed than now - Thank you"
