Today, one of our key clients logged an urgent fence repair that posed a security risk. The job came through to our helpdesk at 1:30pm and by 2:30pm, our engineers were already on site.
With the support of our helpdesk advisors and skilled engineers, we provide engineers with images and location via our WorkPal job portal giving them a diagnosis to assess the issue immediately, allowing us to plan the fix before arrival and act fast.
By 4:00pm, the works were fully completed and signed off.
