Why i love my job. I love being part of change for the good. I sold this unit back in 2022. Eventually the council gave planning for the upper floor. So it's now Heron Foods on ground floor then 2 floors of flats above. Creating not only a busy shop for central high street but flats as well creating footfall for the high street. Win-win all round. And it looks so much better. Fantastic!

📢Completed yesterday📢 I worked alongside Robinson Hall with this fantastic project in Rushden. A great sized house, plus another building to rear. Working off market we managed to secure the property before it went to auction. Very happy buyer and seller. Can't wait to see what is done with the property. **Completed** Exchange and completion happened on this gorgeous old building on Friday. I sold it off market to a client who had it all wrapped up in only two months. The building needs bringing back to life a bit through neglect over the years but my client is excited to restore a lot of the old features. Another off market beautiful old building sold in Northants to a local developer who is going to bring it back to life.
